Terms & Conditions – Weddings
Ordering
There is NO minimum order.
Cards
As all cards are handmade and any differences to the photographs you see on the website are kept to a bare minimum. Cards or papers may have a slight variation of colour to the one displayed, this is purely down to the batch quantities from the supplier. We cannot guarantee that future orders will be exactly the same shade of colour.
Samples
Samples may be ordered at a cost of £5 which will then be refunded off any order placed. Please allow for 7-10 days for a samples pack to arrive as they are made to order. By purchasing a sample you are entering into a legally binding agreement that the sample is for personal use only and will not be replicated by yourself or a third party.
Deposit
A 30% non-refundable booking fee is payable on order placement. On orders over £500 payment for the order can be split into 3 payments to suit both parties.
Delivery
Upon confirmation of your order please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. For larger orders delivery will be agreed upon order placement. If, however, your time scale does not allow you 6-8 weeks then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.
Postage & Packaging
This will be added separately to your order. For larger orders this will depend accordingly on the weight. Every effort will be made to ensure that your order is well packaged in order to reach you in perfect condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, damaged or delayed due to the postal system.
Prices
Prices are as displayed with each range.
Proofs
Once you have received your proofs you will be responsible for ensuring all text and copy is correct. Work will only begin once we have received that confirmation.
Payment
You can pay by credit card, paypal, bank transfer or send a cheque (made payable to ‘Sugarmouse Creations’) and send to 15 Deansgate, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 2SH. Please note that once final payment has been received your order will be dispatched.
Data Protection
All personal data that we collect for the purpose of being able to process your order will under no circumstances be passed onto any third party.
Cancellations/Refunds
All cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. As our wedding stationery is made especially for you we can only offer a refund if the stationery does not meet your order specifications. Any work in progress must be paid for in full.
Copyright
Copyright for all the cards and the website is owned by Sugarmouse Creations. It is your responsibility to ensure that permission has been granted for any copyright material I.e. hymns, poems etc that you would like to use in your stationery.

Delivery
If you have purchased a card from our pre-designed range then delivery will take up to 5 working days. If you have ordered from our commission us range then delivery will take place between 7-10 working days. If, however, you are in need of the card quicker than the times stated above please ring our telephone number and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. For larger orders delivery will be agreed upon order placement.

This will be added separately to your order. For all small orders a flat rate of £1.50 will apply. For larger orders this will depend accordingly on the weight. Every effort will be made to ensure that your order is well packaged in order to reach you in perfect condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, damaged or delayed due to the postal system.

Cancellations/Refunds
All cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. We feel sure that you will be happy with your order, but in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied then a full refund will be given on receipt of the returned card in it’s original condition within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately personalised cards are non-refundable unless there has been an error on our part in which case a replacement will be made.
